常州李公仆积木之家小学
本项目位于常州武进区人民中路以南,降子路以东,西侧为李公仆小学。
该设计方案的重点在于“思考现代的学习社交条件需要什么样的空间?”。孔子的“习礼大树下,授课杏林旁”生动地描绘了一幅以自然为课堂、在自然中讲习的理想场景在现代城市的密度下,我们通过垂直的手段,构建一个亲近自然,多层次的交往空间,提供了一系列灵活多变的教学场所,鼓励学生在此漫步,玩耍,相遇,形成多样的教学模式,同时其公共属性也在培养学生的社会能力园林般的空间体验增加学校的书香气息,而将其叠加的做法有效的解决本项目校园活动空间不足的缺陷。

通过一系列过程研究,最终探讨出“自然活力模式”+“基本教学模式”的主要方案,即为“运动场+公共教学区的跃动性质空间+普通教学区的围合贯穿性质空间”。主要可通过四个步骤:
1. 根据任务书给定的建筑面积,将各功能块体量排列出来,并确定主要校门入口。
2. 根据运动场的确定,形成”L” 形半围合式的建筑组织方式,建筑体量随着”L” 形的路径分布。
3. 普通教学区的建筑根据25M 的防噪距离形成U 形建筑形态,通过公共平台将动静功能分开并紧密联系,公共教学部分面向运动区,形成活跃的空间;风雨球场通过内庭院将两个球场分开互不影响。
4. 通过透明的玻璃盒子江公共教学部分覆盖起来,形成形似穹顶的空间,制造各种不同形式交流空间,并通过垂直绿化丰富空间。

在总体设计策略上,主要秉承了三大主要策略:
1.教育自主性
在新的校园设计方案里,我们注入大量的社会交往空间。在共同学习、成长的环境中,
多样化的交流空间能够促进学生素质的全面发展。这些空间需有不同的尺度和体量、不同
程度的私密性和丰富的情感内涵,并且彼此相互联系。这些社交桥梁鼓励使用者在其中漫
步、玩耍、相遇。在提高空间使用效率的同时,也使得学习成为富于乐趣的一种生活方式。
2. 社会交流性
今天,“独善其身”已不适于当下的社会发展环境。“兼善天下”是当代人个性塑造不可或缺的一部分。课业繁重的学生无暇展开社交活动,独生子女的成长方式欠缺社会性的发展。
而研究证明,各式各样的集体活动场域对人们建立和谐健康的关系起到关键的作用。在新的校园设计中,学校的主要交通空间围绕着公共性最强的功能单元,这使得这些单元拥有所有学生的必达性,促使每个学生都能有效的参与多种活动。
3. 空间自然性
科学实验证明,儿童的生活环境和学习习惯直接影响他们的行为与记忆能力。自然景观、阳光、丰富宽阔的视野都能增强学童的记忆力。接近并照顾小动物能够培养儿童良好的行为习惯,并提高他们的情感表达能力。在高密度的大都市中,土地是稀缺资源。新校园中,水平方向形成园林般的空间体验,垂直方向有层次丰富的共享空间,并沿景观面有宽阔的活动平
台,自然空间得以最大化,同时也是课室和活动交流空间的延伸。
The project is located in the south of Renminzhong Road, Wujin District, Changzhou, east of Jiangzi Road and west of LigongPu Primary School.
The main idea of the design is to “think what space is needed for school in modern society?” Confuzi said ” Learning etiquette Under the Big Tree and teaching around the apricot forest.” vividly depicts an ideal scene of nature as a classroom and teaching in nature. Under the density of modern cities, we construct a closeness to nature through vertical means. The level of communication space provides a series of flexible and varied teaching places, encouraging students to walk, play, meet, form a variety of teaching modes, and its public attributes are also cultivating students’ social ability. Garden-like space experience becomes usual in this designed school. Moreover, the way of making the vertical campus has solved the problem of ” space lackness” of this school design in a modern city.

Through a series of process research, the main scheme for this project, “natural vitality mode” + “basic teaching mode” , which means “the dynamic nature of the sports field + public teaching area + the encirclement of the general teaching area.” To approach this thinking,  There are four main steps:
1. According to the building area given in the task book, arrange the volume of each function block and determine the main school entrance.
2. According to the determination of the sports field, the “L”-shaped semi-enclosed construction organization method is formed, and the building volume is distributed along the path of the “L” shape.
3. The building of the general teaching area forms a U-shaped building shape according to the noise-proof distance of 25M. The static and dynamic functions are separated and closely connected through the common platform. The public teaching part faces the sports area and forms an active space; the wind and rain course passes through the inner courtyard. The separation of the stadium does not affect each other.
4. Cover the public teaching part by the transparent glass box to form a space shaped like a dome, create various forms of communication space, and enrich the space through vertical greening.

In the overall design strategy, the main strategies are:
1. Educational autonomy
In the new campus design, we inject a lot of social interaction space. In an environment of learning together and growing up,
Diversified communication spaces can promote the overall development of students’ quality. These spaces need different scales and volumes, different degree of privacy and rich emotional connotations, and are related to each other. These social bridges encourage users to be in it, play, meet. While improving the efficiency of space use, it also makes study a fun way.
2. Social communication
Today, “being alone” is not suitable for the current social development environment. “Being good at the world” is a contemporary person’s important quality. Students with heavy academic activities are innocent to start social activities, and the growth of the only child is not socially developed.
Studies have shown that a wide variety of collective activity fields play a key role in building a harmonious and healthy relationship.
In the new campus design, the school’s main transportation space revolves around the most publicly functional unit. These units have the accessibility of all students, enabling each student to participate effectively in a variety of activities.
3. Spatial naturalness
Scientific experiments prove that children’s living environment and study habits directly affect their behavior and memories. Natural landscapes, sunshine, and a wide range of visions enhance the memory of school children. Taking care of Small animals can develop good behavioral habits and improve their emotional expression.
In high-density metropolises, land is a scarce resource. In the new campus, the garden is horizontal Space experience, there is a layer of shared space in the vertical direction, and there is a wide activity level along the landscape. In the design, the natural space is maximized, and it is also an extension of the classroom and activity communication space.
