深圳大涌华润学校
该项目位于深圳南山华润城。深圳市南山华润城用地位于深圳市南山区、市高新技术产业园区中区东片,紧邻深圳两个城市中心之一的“前海中心”。东侧紧邻城市快速路沙河西路,南侧为深南大道,北接城市山谷住宅区,西侧由铜鼓路、大涌水厂、科技大道构成其边界。
本次设计范围九年一贯制学校位于项目中部,地块为旧改专项规划批复的02-03 地块。该九年一贯制学校位于铜鼓路以东、科发路以北,东南西侧依次临近大涌三路、大涌六路、大涌二路。交通可达性较好。


该项目主要设计概念为打造一个区别于传统封闭学校的融和社区学校。把公共教学用房置于地面,鼓励社区活动融入其中。教学体量形成合院布置其上。同时根据日照需求的多少分布分为“需要日照”的普通教室、“不需要日照”的专业教室和“可公共开放的”公共教学用房三大类。在时间策略上,工作日封闭的校园模式,双休日开放社区的模式。
在设计策略上一共可分为四步:步骤一通过地势高差,将社区活动融入基地,公共教学置于地面形成对外开放的公共空间。步骤二,分析普通教室与专业普通教室与专业教室沿冬至日2 小时满窗日照界限分布两侧,置于公共教学之上。步骤三,成合院。步骤四,教学体量根据功能要求进行高低变化,形成错落的院落空间。


该项目亮点为教学体量设计:首层教学区建筑由南向北水平向排列为三个组团,教学区,办公区,活动区,生活及体育活动区作为一系列功能相互独立的建筑体块由南至北依次环操场设置,并通过内部廊道和屋顶平台彼此通达。教学楼呈“回”字型,底层部分架空。 景观坡地将教学建筑抬起,形成野趣盎然的室外庭院空间,丰富通透的活动场地。目之所及皆是茵茵绿草,将生态融入教学活动之中,创造出一种亲地舒适感。


自成体系的景观系统一共可分为三类:首层的地形景观以及开放庭院;回字形教学体量的生态阳台;开放的屋顶阳台。

This project is located in Shenzhen Nanshan Huarun city, which is located in Nanshan district, the east part of the high-tech industrial park central area, adjacent to the Qianhai center, which is one of two central city in Shenzhen. Nansha Huarun ctiy is adjacent to Shahe west road, Shennan avenue on the south, city valley residence on the north. This nine-year school is located in the middle of the project, and the plot is the 02-03 block approved by the old reform special plan. In a sum, The traffic accessibility of this site is good.
The main design concept of this project is to create a harmonious community school that is different from traditional closed schools. Public teaching Spaces are placed on the ground to encourage community involvement. Teaching volume forms the courtyard layout on it. At the same time, according to the distribution of sunshine demand, it can be divided into three categories: ordinary classrooms that need sunshine, professional classrooms that don’t need sunshine, and public teaching rooms that can be opened to the public. In terms of time strategy, closed campus mode on weekdays and open community mode on weekends.
The design strategy can be divided into four steps: first, integrate community activities into the base through the elevation difference, and place public teaching on the ground to form an open public space. Step 2: analysis of ordinary classroom and professional classroom are distributed on both sides along the 2-hour window sunshine limit on winter solstice day, and are placed above public teaching. Step 3: Formatting the courtyard. Step 4: architecture volume changes according to functional requirements to form scattered courtyard space.
The point of this project is the architecture design of school mass. The first floor teaching zone is formed of three groups from south to north: teaching area, office area and the playground area. Living and sports area as a set of independent buildings are arranged from north to south around the playground, and connected through inner corridors and rooftop platforms. The teaching buildings are in the form of a square, and the first floor is overhead. Landscape slopes lift up the teaching buildings, creating a wild and interesting outdoor courtyard space and abundant and penetrable playground. Green grass is everywhere within sight, integrating the ecology with the teaching activity and creating a kind of comfort.
The independent landscape system of the school design can be divided into three categories: topographic landscape on the first floor and the open courtyards; The ecological balcony of education volume formed zigzzack; The open roof garden.
