深圳空港平安智汇城
大空港新城作为深圳市的卫星城是一个新兴城市，相对于发展成熟的中心城市，配套设施不够健全，共享办公方式可提供很大的便捷。同时，互联网思维将产业从单一转型为复合，年轻创客更渴望跨界创作，共享办公空间成为新型办公空间的主要诉求。
本案平安智慧城项目距离深圳宝安国际机场20分钟车程，基地西侧是全球最大的国际会议中心以及科技馆，南侧两个地块为商业用地。项目有四个地块组成，基地面积分别为：6850㎡ 22074㎡ 24210㎡ 75935㎡，容积率分别为：0.25 0.25 4.5 4.5 。
未来城市的发展方向是多元不确定的，城市不会强迫我们去适应其过去原有的形态。设计的标准是为了使建筑更好地适应未来城市生活。我们无法确定未来人们想过怎样的生活，但是大致可以确定他们需要友爱的同伴，好的工作环境。
本案条状环形_共享活力环设计概念是对卫星城产业园CBD未来可发展方向的尝试。平安智慧城在此远不止是提供日常工作活动所需要的空间，是未来新型社会工作结构的促进器。
展示活力带
一层600米永久展示空间，会相应开展车展、科技展和艺术展。既是对基地西侧全球最大城市会展中心业态的体现，又可以结合景观休憩空间，提升整体空间共享活力，完成展览空间自身空间性质更迭。
共享办公活力带
建筑上层部分为不同等级的商业办公空间从开放、半开放再到私密满足多元办公需求。
办公室相对于传统塔楼的单向递进式采光系统，本案条形设计办公室为双向全采光，工作环境更佳。
生态活力带
贯穿地块东西的城市休闲轴为一条绿色生态长廊，通透适合的建筑体量与其相得益彰。不同尺度与开合的空中花园不仅增补了城市生态绿网，同时对建筑内部引入“垂直社区”概念，串联建筑内部交流空间，形成绿色末梢系统，把绿意阳光带入办公室生活。总部办公都拥有独立的空中花园。
城市桥梁
搭建起中国智造和国际会展之间的桥梁。调整到与周边会展中心相似容积率，从体块形态上融入到新城整体城市机理；同时从业态功能上渗透融入到整个产业新城。突破大体量建筑与城市周边区域的对立，实现建筑与总体规划的统一。

平安智慧城条状环形的共享活力环设计概念是对未来卫星城CBD发展方向的大胆尝试。通过共享环形空间来串联不同性质共享空间，激活空间内部共享机制，使共享结构得到重组。创造积极的共享空间必定带来未来工作结构优化，社会革新。平安智慧城项目为未来卫星城市CBD建设提供意义非凡的借鉴作用。
Dakonggang city as a satellite city in Shenzhen, is a new emerging city. Compared with the mature central city, the supporting facilities are not sound enough, and the Shared office mode can provide great convenience. At the same time, Internet thinking has transformed the industry from single to complex, and young makers are more eager to create across industries. Sharing office space has become the main demand of new office space.
The project is 20 minutes' drive from Shenzhen Baoan international airport. On the west side of the site is the world's largest international conference center and science& technology museum. On the south side are two plots of commercial land. The site of the project is composed of four parts and the covered area : 6850 ㎡; 22074㎡ ;24210 ㎡；75935 ㎡；plot ratio: 0.25 ；0.25 ；4.5； 4.5.
The future direction of cities is multi-dimensionally uncertain, and cities do not force us to adapt to the original forms. The standard of design is to make the building better adapted to future urban life. We can't determine what kind of life people think about in the future, but it's almost certain that they need a friendly companion, a good working environment.
The design concept of the strip-shaped ring Shared vitality ring is an attempt for the future development direction of satellite city industrial park CBD. Ping an smart city is much more than a space for daily work activities. It is also a facilitator for the new social work structure in the future.
The exhibition vitality belt
On the ground floor, a 600-meter permanent exhibition space will carry out auto shows, science and technology exhibitions and art exhibitions. In the case, It not only reflects the format of the largest city exhibition center of the world on the west side of the site, but also improves the sharing vitality of the whole space by combining the landscape and rest space, and completes the nature of change of the exhibition space itself.
Shared office vitality belt
The upper part of the building is different levels of commercial office space, which is changing its privacy level from open to semi-open and to private , in the case, to meet the needs of multiple usage of the office.
Compared with the one-way progressive lighting system of the traditional office tower, the strip design office of this case has two-way full lighting and a better working environment.
Ecological vitality belt
a green ecological corridor of the urban leisure axis running through the east to west of the site . The transparent building volumes are complement with each other in the situation. The hanging gardens with different scales and opening and closing are not only supplement the urban ecological green network, but also introduce the concept of "vertical community" to the interior of the building. The "vertical community" is connecting the communication space inside the building, forming the green terminal system and bringing the green sunlight into the office life. The headquarters office all has the independent hanging garden.
City bridge
Build a bridge between China smart manufacturing and international exhibition. Adjust to the similar site ratio with the surrounding exhibition center, and integrate into the overall urban mechanism of the new town from the shape of the block. At the same time, the bridge helps the business formats penetrates into the building functions of the new town. The method of city bridge is a breakthrough of the bad situation between the large block building and its neighborhoods.
Typicalisation
The design concept of the shared vitality ring of Pinganzhihui city is a bold attempt to develop the future of the satellite city CBD. The multiple qualified space is connected and the internal mechanism is activated and the sharing mechanism is reconstructed all by the vitality belt. Creating a positive shared space will definitely lead to future work structure optimization and social innovation. The Pinganzhihui City Project provides an important reference for the future design of the satellite city CBD.
