基地处于福田区腹地,由于城市密度过高,基地周边社区居民没有有效活动的公共空间,距离最近的福田体育公园也要1.2 公里。新洲九街,该道路为双向四车道,车流量较大,上学放学期间经常出现拥堵状态,此处作为主入口必然会加剧城市交通堵塞状态。新洲南路,该道路为单行道,车流量较少,此处开口对于城市交通影响最小,所以新建学校开口将由南侧移动东侧。
关于学校功能方面主要分为“校园独立使用”和“可以向社区开放的功能”两大块。独立使用功能有:普通教室、宿舍、服务用房、专业教室、公共教学用房、办公和食堂。可以向社区开放的功能有:多功能厅、艺术馆、图书馆和体育活动用房。学校将“融合校园”作为主要概念,是社区活动融入基地的开放校园模式,强调学校“开放、交流、自然、生态”的理念。有序的布局教育活动设施,以达到最大程度的方便学生的目的,各个功能空间之间高效联系及便捷的使用,更好促进学生和社区交流。
学校内部跑道的设计,顺应基地地形,沿梯形斜边紧靠基地东侧布置,使得教学区能够获得最多的有效用地。首层教学区建筑由南向北水平向排列为一个组团, 对于噪声干扰要求较弱的体育场及办公区两部分功能块布置在沿操场一侧,并且通过东西贯通场地的连廊和平台系统连接,使得动静分区明确的同时又能保证各部分功能之间衔接自然,保证教学活动的高效性。
学校的设计在建筑形态上呈折线形分布,使之更适应场地。一层的景观架空,形成丰富的园林场地空间,为大规模的室外活动和交流创造条件。同时采用垂直绿化的方式,为整幢建筑创造宜人的生态环境,提供学生随处可见的探索自然的机会。
The site is located in the hinterland of Futian district. Due to the high urban density, residents in surrounding communities have no effective public space for activities. The nearest sports park in Futian is also 1.2 kilometers away. Xinzhou ninth street, which is a two-way four-lane road with a large traffic flow, often appears congestion during school timel. Xinzhou south road, which is a one-way street with less traffic flow, has the least impact on urban traffic, so the opening of the new school will be moved from the south to the east.
The school functions are mainly divided into two parts: "independently used campus" and "shared community campus". The first one has the following functions: common classroom, dormitory, service room, professional classroom, public teaching room, office and canteen. The second one includes: multifunctional hall, art gallery, library and sports room.
The school takes "integrated campus" as the main concept, which is an open campus mode integrating community activities into the site, and emphasizes the school's concept of "openness, communication, nature and ecology". Orderly arrange educational facilities to maximize student convenience and the efficient connection and convenient use of functional spaces. To promote the communication between students.
The design of school playground runway follows the site terrain. The first floor of the teaching area from south to North horizontally is into a group, and the two functional blocks of stadium and office area which have less requirement of noise are along the side of playground, and connect them with east-west linkage of corridors and platform systems. Therefore the dynamic and static zoning is clear. The natural cohesion between functions of various parts and the efficiency of teaching activities are guaranteed .
The design of the school is arranged in a folded line to make it more suitable for the site. The first floor landscape is overhead, to constitute a rich garden space, to provide conditions for the large scale outdoor activities and communication. Meanwhile vertical planting is adopted, to create a pleasant ecological environment for the whole building, to provide students with visible opportunities everywhere to explore the nature.
